been making a granny square totebag for a friend for a few days now. her birthday is tomorrow and there's only one handle left to do. i was worried that i wouldn't be able to finish in time, but earlier today i timed how long i took to do it and roughly it came to one hour and twenty minutes. it's almost 6pm now and i haven't done the second handle yet lol. i hate crocheting bag handles. HATE IT HATE HATE IT they take so long??? ugh. i wished i had finished them earlier so i could post the bag and whatever but i think i'll take a picture of my friend wearing it so i can post it here if she allows.

I did it!!!!!!! I made a bunny !!!!!!!!!!!!! (yesterday tho)

and also suffered while dealing with chenile yarn but i guess i did it!

his name is gumi and he looks like a little alien bnnuy and i love him!!!! i made a long chain with another yarn and attached him to my bag and now i can carry him around.

the pattern i used is lilo the bunny. it's no sew and relatively easy to make!!!

WHY did no one fucking tell me it takes SO fucking long to crochet clothes.

well hi hello this is my first entry on the craft diary. and i'm... complaining. yes.

i'm crocheting a simple tube top, but the yarn is so small and i'm using a 2.5 needle... i've been doing it for a week now in my free time, and it feels like i'm not going ANYWHERE and there is NO PROGRESS. i also had to unwind it the first time because i made it to big and anyways.

i think. i'm going to set it aside for now and crochet an amigurumi bunny with leftover chenile i have lying around so i can feel something. i'll come back here later with updates.
